Tumi and the Enchanted Compass ("the Programme") is an educational play programme informed by occupational therapy principles, trading as Tumi's Play Path ("we," "us," or "our").
The Programme is designed to support children aged 4–7 in building foundational physical skills through guided play activities at home. It is informed by occupational therapy principles.
The Programme is an educational activity programme and is NOT a substitute for professional occupational therapy assessment, diagnosis, or clinical intervention.
Purchasing or using the Programme does not create a therapeutic relationship between the purchaser, the child, and Tumi's Play Path or its creator.
If you have specific concerns about your child's development, please consult a registered occupational therapist.
Results described in marketing materials represent typical experiences and are not guaranteed. Every child develops differently and individual outcomes may vary.
Participation in the Programme is voluntary and undertaken at the purchaser's own discretion and risk. Parents and caregivers remain solely responsible for supervising activities and determining their suitability for their child.
Upon purchase you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the Programme content for your own family's personal, non-commercial use only.

All content within the Programme — including but not limited to the story text, character designs, illustrations, activity descriptions, videos, worksheets, and supporting materials — is the intellectual property of Tumi's Play Path and is protected by South African and international copyright law.
The Tumi character, Nutmeg the squirrel, the Tumi's Play Path name, logo, and all associated brand elements are proprietary. Unauthorised use of any of these elements is strictly prohibited.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms remain reserved by Tumi's Play Path.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your payment details.
Prices are subject to change at any time. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will pay.
Upon successful payment you will receive immediate access to your Programme content by email. Chapter content is delivered weekly over 12 weeks via automated email. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is correct at the time of purchase.
Continued access to delivery emails may depend on maintaining a valid email address and not unsubscribing from operational Programme communications.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or emails directed to spam or promotions folders.
Due to the digital nature of the Programme, refunds are generally not available once access to Programme content has been granted or content has been downloaded.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.
If you experience technical difficulties or believe the Programme was not delivered as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at tumisplaypath@gmail.com so that we may reasonably investigate and assist.
We reserve the right to grant refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Programme.
All Programme activities are designed to be safe when performed as instructed. However, parental supervision is required at all times during activities. You are responsible for ensuring that activities are appropriate for your individual child and for supervising their participation.
If your child has any medical condition, physical limitation, or additional need that may affect their ability to participate safely in physical activities, please consult a qualified health professional before beginning the Programme.
You remain solely responsible for assessing whether activities are appropriate for your child's age, abilities, developmental stage, and individual needs.
By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using Tumi's Play Path products, services, website, or materials, you acknowledge that your personal information may be collected, processed, stored, and used in accordance with the Tumi's Play Path Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read together with them. By using the website or purchasing any programme or resource, you consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").

Material changes will apply prospectively and will not affect purchases completed prior to the updated version unless required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
